Music takes a big part in our daily life, and most of the people around the world listen to music almost every day!

You can imagine right now that while you're reading this, there is someone in this world who just pressed the play button and started listening to his favorite song.

 

So, what makes music that good that people listen to it every day?

People listen to music for many different reasons, for example, people listen to music to relief their tiredness specially after a long day of work, other people listen to music to free their emotions for example, they listen to sad music to free their sadness and depression, or maybe they listen to a music that is full of joy to express their happiness and so on..

But did you know that listening to music for such purposes can affect us in many different ways, it can effect on our appearance and the way we look or live our daily life, and not just that, music can even effect on the way we think and the way we look at things which we call it "point of view"

so believe it or not, music does affect us positvely and negatively.

 

So here, we're going to talk about the ways that music affects (POSITIVELY) on our: 

1- BODY

2- MIND

 

1-MUSIC AFFECTS OUR BODY 

1-Music can somehow slow our heart rate which makes us feel relaxed and comfortable.
2-Listening to your favorite music after a hard and tiring work can make you recover and gain your energy faster.
 
 3-Have you ever asked yourself why do  people at the gym listen to music while  training?
 people at the gym need some sort of  "MOTIVATION " 'to keep up their  performance at high levels and never give  up, when you go to the gym someday,  give it a try and tell us what do you  think!
 
 

2-MUSIC AFFECTS OUR MIND 

1-Music can increase the level of Dopamine which is a chemical that makes us feel happy and satisfied.
2-Music can even help people who struggles with remembering things because it can create a connection between the song itself and a certain memory than you want to remember.
3-Listening to classical music can decrease the effect of "INSOMNIA" and help people to fall asleep easier. 
 
4-Playing soft music can bring a great feeling of relaxation, that's why we see that many restaurants and even malls play soft music because they believe that it can create pleasant environment for their customers.

    This page is interesting and inspired me. When I started reading it, I was shock that there was so much information I have not heard about before. And these information are very beautiful and the useful tips that benefit the mind and body. Background is very positive, it really helps the reader to feel relaxed while reading in peace. And the way you divided the information and colors are as great as the video too.
